A place for peaceful rest ...
Le Rasteille is an old sawmill converted into a holidays
house. In Occitan (the old regional language), « Rasteille
» means « rake ».
Located in the Pyrenees Mountains, in Ariège, the house’s
situation is perfect: next to a little bridge upon the Hers
river, near the lovely village of Fougax-et-Barrineuf, and
very close to the famous Cathare castle of Montségur.
It’s a perfect place to rest and it offers a very nice
natural and cultural environment..
The gîtes:
Currently, three self-catering holiday lodgings are available.
An extension is planed to offer two more lodgings, very soon…
Each cottage has its own bathroom and equipped kitchen. And
the three cottages have different capacities: they can host
from two to six people.
